What we collect
- Enquiries by email. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write, for example which mugs, vases, plates or decorative pieces you are asking about.
- The enquiry form. The form on this website checks your entries in your browser and shows a confirmation, but it does not currently send or store what you type. To reach us, please email us directly.
- Technical data. Like any website, the server that hosts this site may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, where you ask, to discuss or arrange pieces. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering correspondence about our work. Technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Fonts and third parties
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins, and we do not set cookies of our own.
Our email is provided by Google, so messages you send us are held on their systems. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, email gift.company.game@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
